“There are no laws for the novel. There never have been, nor can there ever be.” —Doris Lessing
One day in class, Mr. Mangini told us to start a journal writing down three good things that had happened throughout my day and to continue with this for a week. He then told us that we were going to then post it as my blog for the week. I had also posted a blog about my final thoughts about the experience. My biggest problem with writing a Research Project is always the start. So when Mr. Mangini told us we could use an “opening anecdote” I knew what way I wanted to start my paper. Originally, I had accidentally only written two good things instead of three, also I talk about the outcome of this in blog post #11. After fixing this problem i’m cautious for my next mistake knowing that there everywhere. I have all my information and I have my outline down , as usual I have a nervous feeling in my stomach because of all the possible bad outcomes like plagiarizing, having lots of grammatical errors, formatting the Project in the wrong font, size, indentation, proper paragraphs and most importantly answering the research questions using a credible source (which ironically happened and I posted a blog about it). After reviewing the first draft of my Research Project I had a lot to fix before even thinking of getting it checked by Mr. Mangini(I talk about what some of my plans were in my latest blog post).
